Pagabo National Framework for Medium Works

Summary

Key Information

Pagabo's National Framework for Medium Works 2027 is a planned £1.5 billion route into public-sector construction projects across the UK. Managed by Pagabo for The Education Alliance, it is designed to connect local and national contractors with works projects valued from £0 to £15 million.

Five project-value lots cover everything from smaller schemes to projects worth up to £15 million. New-build and refurbishment works are within the proposed scope, with regional opportunities intended to give businesses of different sizes a route into the public sector.

Crown Partners helps contractors identify the most suitable lots and regions, build strong qualification evidence, prepare competitive framework responses and turn public-sector access into contract opportunities.

The July 2026 planning notice estimated ITT publication on 1 September 2026 and a submission deadline of 13 October 2026. Both dates have passed. We have not verified an updated live tender or revised deadline, so the latest position should be confirmed via Pagabo's In-Tend portal.
